Our Cake Flavours
Chocolate – A rich moist chocolate cake baked using 100% cocoa, a delicious cake with a variety of filling choices. Make it yours. Make it luxurious with added salted caramel filling or pieces of fudge!
Vanilla – An all round favourite to suit everyone. Made with Madagascan Vanilla Bean Extract for a delicious Vanilla flavour. Delicious with a jam and vanilla buttercream filling or a white chocolate ganache. A versatile flavour for children & adults.
Lemon – A refreshing taste with added lemon zest. Mild or Zingy let us know how you like it… maybe add some poppy seeds or blueberries. Fill with vanilla buttercream and perhaps a little lemon curd.
Coffee – A grown up taste made with Italian coffee, team it with a vanilla or coffee buttercream.
Coconut – taste of the tropics, delicious with a vanilla, coconut or pineapple buttercream.
Strawberry – Pink or blue , a kids favourite, team with a vanilla buttercream, with or without jam
Raspberry – With just a little zing, team with vanilla buttercream with a raspberry swirl or some jam.
White Chocolate – Delicious alternative to chocolate cake, a regular favourite, for a bit of indulgence add some raspberries, delicious with a vanilla or white chocolate buttercream.
Red Velvet – A classic , rich and delicious made using buttermilk for that extra special taste. Team with a white chocolate buttercream or ganache.
Princess – a creamy rich bouquet and a light nutty taste.
